Ammo company unveils new “cold tracer” rounds safe for use on any range, even indoors
The problem is that most tracers are basically flaming bullets that have the tendency to catch the target and anything else downrange on fire. For that reason they’re banned in many states and all indoor firing ranges.
Ammo Incorporated has unveiled a new “cold tracer” known as Streak Visual Ammunition. These non-flammable rounds produce a visible light visible to the shooter and anyone within a 30° viewing area from the bullet’s path.
“We are beyond excited to bring Streak Visual Ammunition to the market,” said CEO Fred Wagenhals in a statement. “Once you shoot with Streak and you can actually see your projectile travel throughout its path, you will be bored by shooting normal ammunition.”
The rounds are currently available in 9mm, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP with prices starting around $12.99 for a box of 20.
