This is logical in the sense that the ride has a great reputation and they're clearly leaning into the "we bought the World's best roller coaster" angle, so why would they rename it.
To be honest though mostly I think it will just save a bit of money on repainting and rebranding.
Or did John...

It looks very believable, if this is it then it's a pretty standard B&M wing layout.
These guys have clearly watched the ZDT's Switchback announcement and taken inspiration.
It's kind of exciting that we now have two unique coasters from defunct parks that are expected to turn up again somewhere before long!
We could easily have spent the whole trip at our new favourite place, but it was time to move on. We had an early morning drive through Ohio for another bucket list park. While King’s Island is not the same calibre as Cedar Point, we had pretty much the perfect day there, totting up some 37...

You know it's quality info when it's posted as a picture with a background of a random roller coaster.
Got to disagree there, it's a one-ride park at the moment - if I went back I would get in a token ride on Afterburn, Intimidator (sorry Thunder Striker), and Copperhead, then spend all day on...
With the tone of this announcement it has to be more than just a straight re-track, surely? SeaWorld have been buying so many B&Ms lately I can't see them giving this project to any other manufacturer.
So the question is what could B&M do with it beyond a re-track - they could but Surf trains...
Formula Rossa is once again listed as SBNO on rcdb since 12th May, so it was operational for just under 18 months following its previous extended shutdown.
The Ferrari World website, which gives detailed dates for opening and closing of other rides, just says "Closed for Maintenance":
