Dollywood shared their statement regarding the sad news of Dolly’s passing.

Europa Park over on Veejoy have released a 'Front Row' episode with BTS of Euromir and Voltron but also announced that in 2027 Piccolo Mondo will receive a refresh in the same way the Geisterbahn did prior with new theming for the building too

There was an incident at Batman Gotham City Escape at Parque Warner Madrid. The ride is currently closed.

I've been trying to decipher / translate what happened. Some reports suggest the person fainted, others suggest they slipped out. Have also seen some say someone entered the ride area and was hit, but that seems to be people lying for clicks.

When I rode the staff were big fans of stapling so not quite sure how this has happened, unless the carbon fibre restraint arms have suddenly crumbled

Theme-park goers at Pleasurewood Hills have been left stranded 15 metres in the air after a star-attraction ride broke down.
The world's first Skyloop attraction (not roller coaster) opened on Steinhuder Lake in Mardorf (near Hannover), Germany. The 40 meter (131 feet) structure has a huge slide, zipline, and a 30 meter (98 feet) tall base jump on offer.

Regarding the Wipeout incident - I am assuming the engineer made a mistake releasing the train thinking it would make it back to the station however it hadn't climbed high enough on that second lift in order to make it through the Cobra roll?
So they should have just evacuated people off the train whilst it was stopped on the second lift hill?

I seem to remember reading that technically, the train can’t safely be evacuated on the second lift hill because there are no anti-rollbacks. So the intent may have been to get the train to a safer point for evacuation, which evidently failed.

Selva Magica in Mexico has closed its doors for the final time, taking two roller coasters (Titan & Bullet) with it.
Titan originally operated as "Sky Streak" at Boblo Island, and Bullet was a travelling shuttle coaster which saw life at Wiener Prater, Boardwalk and Baseball, and most famously Flamingo Land.

I'm probably going to do a Mexico trip next year and this was up for consideration, among a few other regions. With creds out of the equation, I might sack off Guadalajara in favor of other locations (too many places to consider and not enough time).
I'm not entirely surprised given Bullet (and maybe Titan?) had been SBNO for quite a while. Would love to seem those coasters get saved but it's probably unlikely.
