Six Flags Great Adventure | Bakunawa | Mack Spinning Launched Coaster | 2027

Good old weight imbalance also helps among the four riders on board each car. I’m sure engineers who actually passed calculus can explain vector forces better than I can, but the idea that the heaviest part of the train travels to the back (i.e., rotates to the backmost position) during the launch will always cause spin. The added acceleration gives it an extra oomph!

Don't think it'll be any of those track-mounted spin inducing magnets. In addition to the lack of floor & front railing, the car itself lacks the giant metal disc that would interact with those magnets in order to cause the spin:

My guess is the onboard motor (small gear, pictured) which returns the cars back to 'zero' position will also act as a brake, to allow the park to dial in the level of spin. I suppose that motor could also give the cars a boost on the first launch as well, but I'd imagine the weight imbalance will be the main spin factor.

I guess the issue with the giant disc and magnet system seen on RTH and TT being used here as while the magnets would impart spin on the launch like the others because this is a shuttle they'd also impart spin just before the train enters the station. which I imagine is undesirable.
