    Your worst spite

I realised I haven't posted it here yet, but yeah, un-spite!!! :D I eventually decided to spend an extra day at the park, and it was worth every buck! Met and shared a few drinks with the General Manager, Cem, and was allowed a backstage tour and climb up the lift hill of Hyper Coaster...

Carowinds | Copperhead Strike | Mack Dual Launch

I have similar feelings tbh. Agree it doesn't look particularly fast paced *based on test footage we know isn't entirely accurate*, although I feel the tight, twisty transitions are what will give Copperhead Strike the 'wild' element that is marketed. Earlier Mack launchers like Blue Fire and...

What impressed you the most in the past year?

So mainsteam, but seeing Cedar Point's skyline for the first time in real life was quite a sight. So. Many. Huge. Rides!! Ride experience wise, X²'s drop is one of the very rare coaster elements that made me 'WOW!' and truly delivered sensations I never felt before on a coaster!

    Volcano removal and possible replacement?

Sad but understandable. Never got the chance to ride it, but it was iconic as it was - for me as well - one of the first coasters I discovered when becoming a goon. Didn't look like the most outstanding experience, but a quirky and unique ride that was very different from the usual B&M invert...

POVs that do not do justice to the ride - at all

We've all heard and read the words 'the POV doesn't do it justice', and indeed, very often expectations when watching a ride on Youtube differ from the actual experience. What were the most striking rides that really weren't what you expected from the POVs?
