Worst coasters you've ridden (Bottom 5/10)

Re: Bottom 10 The best way I can describe the airtime is it feels forced. As if though the shaping of each hill was purposely shaped to create a single, violent pop of ejector. I find it more painful than fun to have that kind of forced airtime, and by extension that constant rush to my head...

Worst coasters you've ridden (Bottom 5/10)

Re: Bottom 10 Right this deserves an update: Goliath @ SFNE - It's a GIB, with new restraints, and it gave me a migraine. To this day, I still cant fathom how awful this ride really was The Mighty Canadian Minebuster @ Canada's Wonderland - I just wish it did something, transitions were too...

What was your first coaster to feature a launch?

Rock'n'Rollercoaster @ MGM Studios in 2004 That was also the coaster that finally broke my fear of coasters and opened the flood gates.

Jer goes to Canada (Pt. 2- Darien Lake)

I just want to start of stating that if all the stars hadn't aligned perfectly as they had, this trip would never had been possible, and I'm so thankful for where my life has ended up now to make this trip, and next years trip more than just pipe dreams. Anyway, enough with that stuff, onto the...

    Highlights of your 2015 Season

I think it literally rattled my brain. I was sitting in the back on a wheel, between the off vibrations in the train, and the snappiness and "forced" feel of the airtime it gave me a really bad headache. Oddly enough, the second ride was fine.

When is a parking lot coaster not a parking lot coaster?

It's interesting to add that Great American Scream Machine at Gadv was also built on the parking lot. I remember from the station you should still see old parking lines and concrete markers. Although poorly, you can see it in this photo

    Most Innovative Roller Coaster Ever?

Revolution the first successful loop opened the flood gates to all inversions, and experimenting with new inversions, something we probably take for granted now, but to think back then when a coaster successfully and safely went upside down for the first time, no one really knew where we would...

    B&M Inverts, Best to Worst

Its been a while since I posted, guess I can update now 1. Talon - Still one of my favorite B&Ms, great forces and very smooth 2. Bad weather ruining a park trip

Its ironic actually, I've never had a bad day at a park in the rain. There are 3 distinct days I can remember. GADv ~4yrs ago: Pouring rain, we spent most of the day on Dark Knight and Skull Mountain, but our patience paid off, the rain started to clear and we had some incredibly memorable...
