Thanks, roff, for digging out the old pictures. There's actually a bit more space for the dark ride scene as I recalled from memory.

Well, it's simple. The station is on a lower level than the launch. So you need some elevation in between.

Now I know why they are actually that fussy about giving away information about FLY. Given away the information must be the actual new attraction, see below. *** NEW FOR FALL 2020 *** Opening on September 17: The FLYtune teller's house! Phantasialand employees tell you everything and more...

BTW, now the scales fell from my eyes. F.L.Y. is an acronym formed from: "For empLoyees onlY"

If I remember correctly the orientation of the trains is such that you look towards the outside of these turns, that is, in the direction of the wuze wall. Correct? Hence, I guess there's not plenty of space for placing a (traditional) dark ride scene there. Very curious to hear what they made...

Ok, here's a little entertainment to get across this unbearable waiting until we get more info. Joke: Ride operator to kid: Listen, you have to pull the mask over your mouth AND nose. Kid (upset): But I've NEVER puked through my nose.

Of course, these kind of soundtracks are all but very original compositions. They are variations of existing subjects that are around in themes of movie soundtracks and things alike for decades. So, from the musical point of view it's certainly not a piece of art. However, I think it perfectly...

Yeah, let's hope that the Rookburgh queue is not needed in full length that often. I love Phantasialand, but I really don't like when it's over-crowded. There's simply too little space for compensation.

I see. However, this was main holiday season. On the other hand, queue lines are blown up due to distancing these days. Could roughly equal out. Anyway, I think long queuing all the way through Berlin would really take away from the atmosphere there. What I don't understand: if the handling of...

You're serious? This is supposed to be the queue, just for entering the area?

Oh, you mean these little spikes on top of the poles are actually for decoration and the poles are supposed to stay visible like this? I don't know... ?No, I'd be very much surprised if that's the way they wanted it to look like. Couldn't these spikes be some mounting for something yet to come?

Thanks for sharing that one. Now the big question is still: What comes on top of the towers on both sides? I was always thinking about some zeppelins, balloons, some big vessels or stuff like this. But maybe it's something very different, like an arc-like structure that is actually connecting...

The gap between the rusty CL portal and the administration building has been closed so that our watching-testruns-window is gone [comiker91 on coasterfriends]: It has a somewhat different color than the rest of the rusty wall. Guess it's not yet finished (or needs to be exposed to rainy...

In case you are referring to the fence we saw in I guess that fence is there, most of it simply hidden behind some of the mess. It is vaguely perceptible, but I think on both sides of the rusty arc support (that low arc support which you can only see from the side) you can identify the...
