So, you put the disk in, and nothing happens? Did you try going to 'mycomputer' then clicking on the CD drive? Then opening at *.exe file if that didnt work? If you have RCT3 installed, then graphics shouldnt be a problem. Do you have enough room on your harddrive for the game...

My guess would be a CD error. Maybe try replaceing the CD with another and installing it.

hmm..weird. it the file listed there? maybe make sure the file name is "New Sandbox.dat" becouse, it might only need one of the .dat's. Im not sure though. Maybe see the atari forums. good luck!
