I don't see how it's much different to Quimera, and there are plently of rides that have reopened after tragic deadly accidents without even being relocated (Mindbender, Hydro, Twister at LWV). I'd be surprised if it gets scrapped, it's nearly new after all.

It actually says opening "After 7th April" which is very odd wording 🤔: So basically "We still don't really know but it won't be before 7th April"!

To be fair about 500 of those posts were people saying it's never going to happen.

No contest for me - I thought Velocicoaster was more intense, more unpredictable, longer, bigger, badder, better, and it has *that* final inversion. The only thing Taron has that's better is the immersive themed land, but Velocicoaster's theme is pretty great too.

Yeah we have precious few wooden coasters in Europe - 39 according to rcdb compared with 1,372 steel. I'd love to see more getting the treatment that Tonnerre 2 Zeus and Megafobia got / are getting. Stampida could be an awesome ride with a bit of that kind of investment. Some ground-up RMCs...

We're at risk of derailing into a trip planning topic here, but the crowd calendar on queue-times.com is a very useful indicator, it says 66% (fairly busy) for your date, I'd recommend the express pass just because the main/standby queues move sooo slowly at that place...

Probably the day at Hopi Hari where we queued 2 hours for each of the 3 large coasters (skipped the kiddie cred) and that was our whole day. Many people would consider that a waste of a precious day in Brazil, but the odd thing is I don't even regret it 🤷.

For me it's 17 rides on Lech back in 2018, I blacked-out on every lap which can't have done my brain any good, but definitely worth it.

Frankly I'm surprised that people don't generally count them, at least the larger ones with the hump in. I mean they have a track that goes up and down, a bit of freewheeling uphill, and trace amounts of airtime. I'd say they're at least as "coastery" as a Go Gator or a Miner Mike, or even one...
