I totally agree - within reason I think its totally dependent on the selection of rides in the park and the market the park is targeting If you take Six Flags MM - their park map runs with 'Thrill Seekers In Training' / 'Moderate Thrills' / & 'Maximum Thrills' - Their moderate thrill rides...

I've always been impressed with Portaventura, really captures that Mediterranean feel....although I think they could make more of the area in terms of adding restaurants / bars to make it more of a city walk type addition to the park
