Plopsa has confirmed the Werewolf-themed Gerstlauer family coaster and has shared official concept art:
The layout will be heavily based on Wakala (chain lift, second booster lift hill, reverse spike), be 760 meters long, and is set to open next year. The coaster will be situated between Sky...
Character and parade performers at the Disneyland Resort have voted to be represented by the Actors’ Equity Association, with the ”Yes” side receiving nearly 79% of the vote.
Gröna Lund has taken the step to ban bags and other luggage being brought into the park on concert days. This comes as a request from the Swedish police due to heightened terror alert in the country, making Gröna Lund a comparable target to sports arenas and other large event venues. Medical and...
A lot of digging has happened on the site and what looks like footers have appeared, but don’t think any track or supports have arrived yet. For a park like Jardin d’acclimatation it’s a pretty huge project, though. Taken by me an hour ago:
Probably misremembered or confused the steel frames with temporary safety railings, but a lot has been dug on the site. The former antique cars is long gone.
I was at Parc Astérix this past Saturday and there’s been some digging happening on the site (you can see over the fence while on Menhir Express) plus a few steel frames where in the process of being erected. I’ll be heading back to the park tomorrow so I hope I can snap something up.
Plopsaland De Panne is cancelling their Halloween fright nights event this year due to a change in direction within the Plopsa Group following the recent management shake-up. The park has removed their late night openings in October from the calendar as a result. The group’s lead director says a...
From what I'm reading the tire drives themselves are supposed to hold the train should it stop on the lift, but that could be wrong for all I know. Going by the black railing in front of where the cameraman stands it had rained recently, so it could be the tires were too wet to stop the train...
Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster's reopening has been delayed to at least early July (was supposed to re-open this month) due to delays in shipping the new trains.

Geauga Lake/Six Flags Worlds of Adventure also added four coasters in 2000, and then a fifth coaster the year after. That was when Premier Parks went absolutely bananas with their properties, though.
I'm actually very interested to see where this goes. The six-seater Multi-Dimension cars would look pretty dope as new-gen space rockets if they decide to go in that direction
Something I stumbled across on Youtube: footage of Disneyland Paris’s Phantom Manor during cast member previews in March of 1992 (before the park opened) with Vincent Price’s full narration of the preshow and stretching room included, which got dubbed over by opening day.
Great Adventure (and the wider Six Flags chain) seems to be running into budget cutbacks and now multiple rides may be running at reduced hours or be closed entirely for the rest of the season, including bizarrely enough Zumanjaro (which was running as late as last week).
Justice League had a...
First look at the trains from a report on Seven Network's Sunrise program. One train is going to be departing from the station running forwards and the other backwards, meaning guests will be able to choose their preferred experience ala Fury at Bobbejaanland. The park hopes to have Jungle Rush...
Perhaps this could be merged with the existing Parc Astérix future additions thread? @Hixee
Anyways, going by the layout the 2028 Intamin looks to be a blend of Uncharted and Studio Tour at Movie Park Germany since it seems to have an outdoor section. Apparently it will have three "pits" inside...
