^ This post is where I learn Hansa Park has a log flume and flat rides there, lol. It is a bit off to the side and "behind" Kärnan so I'll forgive myself but it is kinda funny that I somehow managed to completely miss that area while there.
Colour/manufacturer wise absolutely, HOWEVER I think there's a comparison to be made between this and Battlestar Galactica, although both coasters are the same "style", it shares the dueling tracks but one is family and one is thrill aspect with that.
I feel like the main gimmick kinda conflicts with Valravn's, but this is sure to be a better overall coaster than that and it's also great to see the chain's halo park getting a modern Vekoma and thus showing an example for other parks in the US to get Vekoma thrill coasters again.
Maurer invested every little cent they could get from pfand bottles they could find around their estate into the spike concept and they won't take no for an answer
Oh wow, how lucky that it was gotten on video! But yes, it looks like it looks gnarlier than it is as it seems the structural bits are still whole and straight.
Frankly I wouldn't be surprised if someone higher up who didn't know better actually hired somebody they thought was a graphic designer, it happens unfortunately that people fill their portfolio with either stolen or ai-generated (ai isn't really accurate for this generative stuff but the...
^ Yup, I don't think removing the shoulder harnesses changes anything, most probably changes what kind (not how bad, but what kind) of injury people get in case of an incident but as taboo as it is to say as a coaster enthusiast this Schwarzkopf probably belongs in the scrapyard.
Either that or...
I meeeaaan maybe their classic kiddie coasters and the compact spinners they spam everywhere are known as unremarkable but basically anything else from SBF like their silly attempt at a family boomerang (Verrücktwärts) or their spinners with OTSRs (like Viking Rollercoaster) are panned for being...
Why's it seem like almost all if not all proximity sensors on roller coasters are this specific shade of green, is there a reason for this colour? Do all manufacturers buy from the same supplier company? Is there a reason for the colour given by that company? I've wondered for a while now.
size
Granted I've only ridden wing coasters with the vests and dives with the classic OTSRs but the OTSRs requiring less space is kind of the problem for me, cause you're rubbing shoulders with strangers, your arms feel really restricted and it's especially bad if you have particularly wide shoulders...
I live a short walk from Linnanmäki (Helsinki, Finland) and I have a season pass so uhh I go like twice or thrice a week lol
It's nice to have a park so close with a season pass cause you can do a lot of those rides you'd fear you're gonna waste time on or get sick on like if you only have one...
The layout with all the wacky inversions and the launch through the mountain look awesome. Still shame about Premier's seemingly unchanged cramped trains with shin guards, but at least the coaster itself looks great.
Out of the modern version Gyro Swings Tigeren is 45m at full swing, Swingi and Loke are 42m and Goliath is 26m (according to Intamin website) so unless there's an in-between size I have to assume it's the Swingi/Loke size and not the smol version from Adventure World
That's fantastic! Drayton might already have a Gyro Swing but they're so far apart in development might as well be a different ride. Swingi at my home park Linnanmäki is a gigantic blast, and they're a visual spectacle to outside the park as well in addition to just being a fun ride.

Neo's Twister - PowerPark
I gave this a pass last time I was at the park as it was busier and I wanted to prioritize rides I knew I'd enjoy, I went just the other day again and had a way emptier park and an opportunity to ride rides that had the potential of making me dizzy that I avoided my...
Curious as to what drove Premier to making a spinning mouse for the first time, in 2024.
Also every time a SRII gets built a demon gets it's wings and flies up from hell.
Raising my hopes there for what I desperately want, old fashion X:\ No Way Out with the stoppages, the dark factory theme and the back and forth movements again, reborn but better. Please. 🥺
