^ The rattle on Big Dipper is very evident from the mounted pov, so judging by this Intamin have seemed to fix whatever caused that on their prototype. Looks really fun. Will they get around to painting those welded (?) spots though?

Yep. Ukko at Linnanmäki so presumably any other Maurer Skyloop that I haven't done. You already feel like you're sliding out of your seat on the vertical lift and then you crest over backwards and hang upside down for a couple seconds on that lapbar that feels like it's pressing down on nothing...
I live a 2 minute walk from Linnanmäki and I have a season pass, so.
Probably goes without saying that it's Taiga 😁 There are much worse coasters to have such easy access to.
And it is open! The season was supposed to begin on the 26th, but the beginning of last week saw huge snowfall in Helsinki which delayed opening preparations enough that the park had to postpone season open to today, the 30th. As compensation, season pass holders were given a free meal ticket...
Is it confirmed that this will be the floorless model? Huss nowadays offers the theater seating option again under the name Top Spin Classic, presumably with updated restraints and seat design given it's a long time since they made a standard model.
It tickles me pink how they seemingly realized the Rimac sponsor box doesn't really blend into the plaza that well so they just went to Bauhaus or something and got a couple potted plants to scatter around the car showcase 😁
^ I don't think anyone's insinuating that it's too stressful for the track/trains, rather that the trains seem like they shuffle/rattle side to side a lot more than usual for a new Mack coaster.
Which happens, plenty of manufacturers that deliver smooth coasters have one or two that are rough...
