^ Very excited about it. I still haven't done a giant frisbee (outward facing) that doesn't do an entire 360 and I live literally across the street and have the season pass so I absolutely will be there regardless of weather and I will film a video.
I think the launch could be fun on ride.
Never thought I'd see trims like that on a log flume though? I doubt that's fun on ride! "WOOOAH BIG DROP wait where'd the speed go"
That looks like a fun layout but the train loses momentum suspiciously fast which is usually not a good sign for smoothness either. It kinda looks like a Zamperla Thunderbolt and Fahrenheit had a baby, but considering what they've been doing so far this is a big step up.
Oh those are some lovely new colours! I will say, wouldn't it be lovely since they're playing with track replacements if they could remove the first two rolls and replace them with some classic intamin ejector bunny hops? Smiler took the inversion record a decade ago anyway, they don't need all...
This seems like almost a blend between RMC Raptors and those Maurer powered nightmares in style. This looks super fun, actually! properly straddling the track with your legs on the sides of the track will definitely be a unique sensation, in that sense (at least with that train option) it's...
Wish I had waited a couple more days before posting so it wouldn't be split in two like this, but anyway:
The swinging arm is in place now, so I don't think we'll get to see anything from outside the park of the ride construction anymore, besides electricians working at the top and possibly...
Screw it, people have revived threads for less so here; have some fresh construction pics taken from a cliff outside the park
Unfortunately once the pendulum arm itself is in I won't be able to see much more progress from outside the park unless I lived on the top floor of one of the nearby...
Oh man I love that colour scheme, I've missed it. I know it was semi common to have pink supports yellow track like 20 years ago but it's so refreshing to have it back.
I put myself in C, but it might border on D. The thing is, if there's something I'd rather be doing and especially if I'm not with a friend who I wanna have some laughs with on a "bad" ride, I'll skip credits. Especially if they're clones and/or infamously bad models like Volares, most SLCs...
I absolutely LOOOVE the smooth, almost overbuilt looking track of the Vekoma refurbs for Python (Efteling) and Shaman (Gardaland) they're not by the same company I believe but look identical. (photos from rcdb)
