Couldn't find a thread on this, so...
According to Screamscape, Knotts Berry Farm recently got plans approved for a 2023 attraction. The current rumor is a B&M giga coaster, with the station being located near the south end of the park.
If there already is a thread on this, sorry. Just found...
Something that slightly annoys me is that its one foot taller than JDC... if they were really going to go for the record they would've done another 10-15 feet IMO, but I guess they only had enough room for the one extra foot
I could see SFSTL get an RMC of some kind soon, although its probably just me being hopeful :p
IIRC, Boss was supposed to get RMC'd but the plans fell through? I don't remember where I heard that from but I know someone said something about it.
For steel, I vote gatekeeper. It didn't give very strong forces period.
For wood, I vote screamin eagle sfstl. Floater air and weak positives, plus it's really smooth for a woodie.
60th credit was Rollin Thunder at Park at OWA, 10-50 I don't know for sure. Wish there was a way to sort by date added on Coaster Count
Next milestone is 70, which looks like it could be the Coney Island Cyclone, unless I have another trip between now and then that has new credits for me to get.
Very cool! Whats with the extra track in FVD? like on aurora, the track seems to extend past the connection with the station. I'm assuming that its intentional?
Nothing much this year, next year is a trip to NYC with the band and choir. Includes Luna Park, which means I could make the Coney Island Cyclone my 70th credit, meaning that would have to be the first roller coaster I get on.
I never actually rode the train at SDC, I heard it's the only way to get a good view of outlaw run. Hopefully this new train will provide the same great view.
