All airspace is jurisdiction of the FAA. No one owns any rights to the airspace. You do have to notify the FAA if you are flying a drone, but there is no “requesting permission”.
For me it will always be transporting aboard the Enterprise at the Star Trek Experience in Vegas. I would even say that I was more impressed during the backstage tour where they let you do it with the lights on. Wild. RIP

Back in the days of Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom, the ride ops let me ride Chang 13 times without getting off. Also did 13 rides in a row on Big Apple coaster back when the all-day pass was cheaper than a one off ride is now. Wow, my examples are terrible
