Oops, my bad I forgot this was a serious business only thread! Of course they're not going to get a wing coaster. Putting demographics aside, they don't have the height available there and there's zero chance it would ever get past the planners in that location.

Didn't they make a big deal out of the logistics possibilities of the underlying system? Maybe that side of the business is going gangbusters, so they've sacked everything else off and are really leaning into this?

Grinding the rails at the joints is fairly common after installation, helps smooth the transition from section to section, so I don't think it will an issue here either!

The fact they'd cobble together a train of lead cars, rather than invest in a new set of cars, speaks volumes to me. (And is probably why they're having troubles with rollbacks anyway) It seems like they want the recognition of it, but can't really afford to get it to the standard it should be...

How is differing prices based on home park going to work? I assume it'll be closest to your registered address, or nobody would choose the most expensive home park. Unless you get extra perks at your nominated home park, like free dippin' dots or something? How will it work for overseas...

Before the fire it didn't have seat dividers and it was a single lapbar across both seats, so there was a lot more room to get flung around! I can't remember well enough if it was Grand National or Rollercoaster at Blackpool that was my first airtime, but it was definitely one of them :D
