My Main thing I check before I go is the Following:
Opening Times
Ride Lineup
How easy it is to get to
If there is any other parks nearby
Who will go with me :)
I'm surprised how many people look at price when booking and look for any discounts. If its within my own country, I usually look for...
Well I do apologise for offending, it was purely meant as a bit of banter. It's been a while since I regularly posted on a forum, and this is probably why. I was only saying what I thought as a bit of fun. I didn't realise it would cause an argument!
... and your point is :p
I think we all see beauty in different things, I think that parks with lots of rides on top of each other because of the engineering... and engineering is beautiful!
This is One count I am up for!
Schwarzkopf:
Raptor Attack- Wilcat, 45 meter version- Lightwater Valley
Atcherbahn- Wildcat, 65 meter version- Skyline Park
Enigma- Jumbo V- Pleasurewood Hills
Alpina Bahn- Travelling- Oktoberfest 2016
BHS:
Olympia Looping- Travelling- Oktoberfest 2016...
Tivoli Gardens- Rutschebanen, However I will give Jetline at Gronalund an honorable mention (I mean what can I say, I just love coasters that are in a mountain... or supposed to be!)
I suppose its a thing with these European City center parks, They are so wonderfully kept!
I'm just curios... but does anyone else experience a massive feeling of disappointment when they first ride a new coaster for the first time?
Its something that really confuses me and hit me when I visited Liseberg last month with Helix. I think the problem is, you go into a coaster expecting...
... I was just about to say Schwarzkopf, just for the pure reason that Anton was just mad!
The engineering behind some of his rides is superb!
I also really like the late (noticing a trend here) Big Country Motioneering. Again, they were mad enough to (attempt) to build the Ultimate at...
Thanks. Yeah Ive set up a page to vote for the next coaster to be built. The six I have chosen are:
Helix (Liseberg)
Lisebergbanan (Liseberg)
Vampire (Chessington)
The Ultimate (Lightwater Valley)
Rutschebanen (Tivoli Gargens)
Diabolik Invertigo (Movieland)
Mainly because they are all coasters...
For me it has to be all the old Schwarzkopfs from the UK. This is not because I have rode them and think that I would love to ride them again, but because I was too young at the time to ride them I haven't (god how I wish I was born 10 years earlier)!
Would have honestly loved Towers and...
Not that I post on here often (I'm a casual Lurker :p ), but I thought I would post some pictures of a Schwarzkopf Wildcat car I have built.
It has been 3D printed, sanded and sprayed to get the best finish on it. It also has working headlights and working lapbars. I attempted doing the rear...
This year seems to be going so fast... I haven't done any new parks yet!
This first lot is the parks I have done so Far:
Blackpool Pleasure Beach- 8 Times (SEASON PASS)
Pleasure Island- 2 times (SEASON PASS)
Alton Towers- 2 Times (MERLIN PASS)
This is the parks that I am defiantly doing...
Got an old video from Flamingo Land and I think it was 1997. The first is of my brother on the go gator and the second is my Mum and my brother on the Rockets.... oh how this park has changed!

Well if you look at the Wacky Worm it is a rather famous model and must be the most produced type of coaster in the world... but yes, I thought the same when I looked at it!
Can't wait to get down to Margate... It might be a next year job though :)
