I did "The Slide" at the ArcelorMittal Orbit (The big red tower thing at the Olympic Park) recently. That was great. It's basically just a bi tube slide, but it's almost 200m tall and you hit 15mph in a tiny dark tunnel.

I've yet to see a school physics textbook that doesn't contain a picture of a rollercoaster. 90% of them are Vekomas or similar-looking rides too...

X got a little TLC over the winter. It's got a new intro & outro voiceover (that I think sounds like Radio 1), and a mural by the bag pickup. "X:/ This Way Out." Forgot to take pics though. :P

Hurricane looks like a better Polercoaster. Also I'm skeptical of how good of an idea it is to attach people to the ends of turbine blades...
