Leviathan does indeed have a little twisty speed hill after the first turnaround. In my opinion it's the second most fun part of that ride.

We really need a new Godwin's Law type thing for the phrase, "all lives matter". All of this reminds me of how much people kicked and screamed about the Robinson's Golliwogs being dropped. They always seemed massively gross to me as a kid and I was amazed that they stuck around so long.
I...
Maybe it's the news outlets I turn to for news, but most of the reporting I've seen hasn't unfairly singled people out. Having said that, I steer clear of the Express, Sun and Daily Mail so maybe I'm missing out on some real zingers. They're usually a little light on facts and integrity.
The UK...
If you're black or Asian you're already statistically at higher risk of developing diabetes, or high blood pressure (because lots of reasons). Both of those things are risk factors in dealing with and treating COVID-19. I wish it wasn't the case, but those are hard facts that a lot of us deal...
That's just not accurate; it's well over capacity right now. I work at an NHS trust in London, and several of my trusts mental health wards have been temporarily taken over by the neighbouring acute hospital to provide step-down capacity so that they can manage Coronavirus cases at their...
I think the idea of 'normal' coming back that quickly is a bit too optimistic. This isn't just life pausing, and then resuming as before. Many businesses may not be able to operate on the same scale as before, or at all especially if they were already struggling before coronavirus.
To give you...
It's really not...it was pretty bad and uncomfortable. I get that some coasters should be preserved as unique, or interesting examples of their type for posterity, but Super Manège ain't it.

They're really not *that* bad. I never once felt aggresively pinned into my seat by the vest on Yukon Striker. My only complaint is that I wish the side/connecting bars were positioned less obtrusively like Vekoma's vests.

I've been thinking about this a bit since Zadra opened, and I just don't understand the point of ground-up RMC coasters with a wooden structure and i-box track. For the record I'm not including conversions and topper track - they have clear use case scenarios.
Why bother building a whole new...
So...instead of a swastika, it'll look like a triskele, which unfortunately, is also another symbol associated with the far right.
I'm sure the ride is great though.

Admittedly after rewatching the video, Orion only has one more big hill, but the treble clef (or whatever you want to call it) and the first massive turnaround seem like they might be more fun than Leviathan's overbanked turns.
Essentially, I like the look of it, and I think it'll be a fairly...
It's literally nothing like Leviathan. This has more of a focus on airtime hills, and twister elements. Don't get me wrong, Leviathan is really fun, but Orion's layout is what I wish the former was.

It's not the most violent headbanger out there but there's no way in hell I'd call Super Manege smooth. It's appropriately jerky for a Vekoma of its age, with the least enjoyable bit being the entrance to the first corkscrew.

I sincerely hope it feels like more of a complete experience than Leviathan. It's fun, the drop is spectacular, but it feels like it ends just as it gets interesting. Every time I rode it, I desperately wanted there to be just one more airtime hill to really cap it off.
Hmm...the 'face' thing combined with a bit of each coaster's logo. I bet it turns out to be something underwhelming like a best on-ride photo competition where the winner gets one free night in a stargazing pod.

The line does move pretty quickly, so we only waited 25 minutes the first time. That was with a half-full queue when the park was about half as busy as a weekend. Get on it early in the day because the queues got progressively longer throughout the day. It broke down the second time, so we ended...
I got the opportunity to ride Yukon Striker yesterday, and in my opinion it's a perfect addition for Canada's Wonderland. They were lacking a decent, modern multi-looper and this really makes up for the Arrow and Vekoma offerings. Incidentally, the first time I rode Flight Deck two years ago, it...
I think perhaps length should be taken into consideration in addition to speed and height - there are 'big' coasters at parks (like Maverick) that never break above 35 metres, but yet they more than meet the criteria for speed, and to add to it, they're massive financial investments.
