Why do you always act so offended if someone even says something slightly negative about Phantasialand...a very annoying attitude.
About the Klugheim wall: I don't care what Phantsialand wants to do with the mystery car park in the future. Right now the wall looks bare and ugly, and it should...
I hope they do, but it would not surprise me if they don't add theming. They didn't do any effort on theming the back of the klugheim wall either.
I'm more worried about that very ugly staff building next to Rookburgh. Which is visible from inside the area.
I found a couple of new pictures on the Coasterbot discord server, posted by Winter Schneck.
They started creating a new building on the left side of the area. Looking at the shape and size of the foundation I think there is a big chance the hotel will be here.
Both launches are facing...
Flying track | Sitdown track | Lifthill | Launch | Brakes | Loading Station| Unloading Station
I have adjusted the overview-picture and added the new trackpieces. It turns out the zero G roll is before the second launch which I did not expect.
It makes me curious what kind of ellements they...
I went back to Phantasialand last weekend and made some new pictures.
Unfortunately I took the picture from a slightly wrong angle, so you can't see the 1st launch properly. :(
What I did notice is that they placed a second piece of the launch-track, and attached it to one of the rectangular...
What does that have to do with the discussion about the ''deadline''?
You can't show any proof or facts, why are you even telling us this :emoji_poop: ? If you're trying to impress, it's not working...
I'm always very skeptical when it comes to rumours and statements, especially when they come...
ArissP posted a new picture on reddit:
Not much has changed except one piece of track that has been added right before the final breakrun.
In the back of the construction site you can see they assembled another part of the lifthill, and are working on the 'launch'.
I'm not sure what that support is meant for, but it's definitly not for the immelman. Every immelman I've seen has a same sort of support in the top of the inversion.
But that would mean the support is the highest point? It will be a really small immelman then. I don't see that happening. The...
First of all as I said there are a few supports for a long straight piece of track right after the lifthill. If you would look closely at the first picture you can see the new track pieces before the underground launch reach higher than the lifthill. So there has to be something else. ( a launch...
I went back to Phantasialand and made some new pictures from several angles:
First, an overview of the area:
The blue line shows the new trackpieces they assembled, including an S-curve similar to Taron. These trackpieses go towards the (underground) launch.
I start to think there might be 2...
A new pictue made from the street:
(Picture was placed on a discord server, can't find out who made it.)
As you can see the trackwork really starts to speed up now. With serveral trackpieces on site ready to be assembled.
In the right corner you can see the launch coming out of the tunnel (left...
I could make a list of stuff that doesn't work in those rides, but I won't go to much off-topic. I forgot to mention Temple of the night hawk, which actually had some effects in 2015 but they are gone aswell. On the other hand, these rides will probably be gone in a few years. So I get why they...
I don't agree to be honest. You're compairing a huge moving object (which is integrated into the cannon structure) with some smoke machines and water pumps?
It's like the Yeti in Expedition Everest, which is really hard to fix because of the way it's built into the structure.
About...
Fenix at Toverland:
This was my first wingrider. I've heard a few people say these aren't the most intense B&M-coasters, but this thing is awesome.
The layout is forcefull (especially the helix pulling 5G) and the overall pacing is great.
Untill now we got the same amount of information compaired to juli 2015 when Klugheim was being built. The first Phantasialand-magazine article about Klugheim was released in August 2015, so I think we will get some pictures /videos pretty soon.
The phantasialand magazine posts way more articles...
I received a picture from someone who had been in the park last week.
Unfortunately there is not much new stuff to see. But there are some new straight trackpieces placed in the background.
These are the ones you can see on the sketch posted by Phantasiatisch.
Picture made by Menno
I noticed...
Good point ;) I forgot that they can use the trackpieces from the test setup aswell. Looking at the start of that lifthill I think they will, because it looks very similar.
All indoor/underground track-parts are painted black, so the whole lifthill might be indoor.
*I notcied I drew the...
'' Some darkride theming in the centre of the room like Dreamflight a.k.a. Droomvlucht at the Efteling''
To be honest I don't think it will be a setting like Droomvlucht. Both helixes have a banking which is facing outward (almost 90 degrees). How would you be able to see something in the center...
Since I've been following this topic for quite a while I thought it would be nice to add some pictures aswell.
I took these pictures today (6-7-2018) at the gate near Maus au Chocolat.
There seem to be 2 helixes in the corner near the gate.
The upper helix:
The lower helix is barely visible...
