I have counted Python amd Python v2 at Efteling as separate credits and have every intention of doing the same with Nemesis Reborn.
Technically both rides still retain some track their original versions, but they are basically new coasters.

What the title says, what's the most abundant or common coaster make, model or manufacturer you've actually never ridden?
I've never been on a Vekoma Boomerang (or even a park with one in it), nor have I been on a Vekoma SLC (seen 2, chose not to ride).
I've also never ridden any Coaster by Zeier.
