11 year-old boy dies at Greenwood Forest Park

Thoughts go out to the family :( this really shouldn't have happened though, it had only been open just over a week! I'm stuck as to whether this is a manufacturing defect or an error that's happened when strapping the poor lad in
 
Always a shame when somebody dies so young, even more so when it's at a place of fun, like a theme park.

I hope this investigation is more clear cut and swift that the previous one into a fairly recent death at a park in Wales...
 
That is terribly sad.

As Ian said, I hope the investigation is swift, if only for the families sake. My thoughts to them.
