Are Chance Rides and KMG linked?

Hi guys. I was just looking on the Chance Rides website, and I noticed on all of their pendulum rides that they are listed as having been “designed by KMG”. I also noticed that there are a number of design similarities between the Chance and KMG rides, and when I was reading reviews on Coaster Kingdom, they have Chance & KMG lumped in a category together. So my question is; are Chance Rides and KMG linked in some way?

I believe Chance was behind selling the KMG Fireball/Afterburn as a park model ride (the SUB-PAR Chance 'Revolution')

Ah right, so they have a sort of sales agreement with KMG. Thanks for the clarification @CanobieFan!
