Do you have a 'theme park outfit'?

Me and AJ talked recently about when we see CFers, they're often in similar clothes to what we always see them in. People seem to have trademark items of clothing. We decided that these people aren't just gross and don't wash their clothes and wear them every day, but rather it must be a kind of 'theme park outfit'.

I tend to just wear something I'm comfortable in, like leggings/shorts and a t-shirt.

What about you guys? DO you always wear a theme park t-shirt? Do you have a trademark jumper you like to wear?

Re: So you have a 'theme park outfit'?

I normally just wear something comfy, usually not jeans or shorts.
If I have a T Shirt or whatever of the Theme Park, I will wear that.

Re: So you have a 'theme park outfit'?

I spend five days a week wearing a suit, shirt and tie. So I don't actually have a great deal in the way of "casual clothing". There's not a lot of point in spending lots of money on clothes you never wear.

However, when I look back at old Live topics and see me wearing tee-shirts in 2005 I still wear of a weekend now, it's pretty crap  (I do buy new tee-shirts, it's just I only tend to replace when worn out, so a tee may get worn once every four or five weeks and it takes ages to wear them out).

I tend to wear my biker jacket, simply for practicality, but I'm trying to retire it. Problem is finding another coat that I like that is equally as practical (without falling into "geek" practical, there has to be some style too).

So yeah, I just wear what I normally wear, which comes from a relatively limited range of out of work clothing that gets worn quite infrequently. You'll love tomorrow's tee-shirt Jordan ;) :p

I usually wear cargo shorts, whose extra pockets with buttons come in handy when you're trying to prevent losing your keys/phone/wallet while on a coaster.

Other than that, I just wear a T-shirt, and I don't put much thought into selecting one for the day other than it shouldn't be dark-colored so I won't overheat. So usually I'll just be wearing event tees, some brand tee, or something related to UVA.
On the other hand, you can definitely spot the people go out of their way to wear shirts that they think will make them look "cool" to all the random strangers that will see them. They almost always have some joke or sexual innuendo, and they're almost always stupid.

I go with whatever I grab out of my drawer, t shirt and shorts. Typically the shirt is either a K-State, Chiefs or Angels shirt, or some stupid witty comment shirt, yes I am that guy. I'm starting to get in the habit of bringing a back pack, and since I live in Under Armour gym shorts when I'm not in work clothes, they are starting to get the nod more. I think I have worn jeans maybe once or twice, but that was because of it being colder, and me forgetting how humid Texas is...

So yeah, I am comfortable at a park/

I just wear whatever I find in the morning lol.
Although if I'm going to a park with rides that invert like Thorpe then I usually make sure I take trousers with zip pockets so nothing falls out.

I don't particularly wear anything different to what I normally would. Just jeans and a T-shirt. Or if its cold, just stick a jacket/hoody on top, nothing different to normal.

Has to be tracksuit bottoms purely for the zip pockets to keep my phone, wallet, camera and keys safe. Then usually a nice colourful t-shirt and a hoody in case it rains.

I usually just wear jeans, t-shirt and a hoodie and my jeans pockets are usually tight enough that nothing falls out of them.

I usually wear a pair of jeans or shorts with deep pockets, I have a couple shirts I'd choose from, I can either wear something completely strange to see peoples reactions, or something comfortable. For shoes I like to wear my converse high tops since they are the most comfortable shoes I have for long times on my feet.

I usually wear the same thing - jeans, my "beloved" Oblivion T-shirt and a waterproof jacket (usually to store phone and wallet etc.).

I might change my tops but I always wear my Craghopper Kiwi Trousers in various colours. They are comfortable and if you don't want to carry a bag they have at least 8 pockets mostly with zips or velcro, very park friendly, no chance of loosing Keys, phones, camera etc.

Comfortable t-shirt (witty writing optional), breathable shorts, and shoes. I'm always sure to have pockets somewhere that can be used to secure my glasses and wallet.

I refuse to make the jump to fanny packs and glasses straps; I do have standards.

I got a Bench jacket with zipped pockets that features in a lot of my ORPs and I usually for for Camo shorts, many pockets and skin dries quicker than clothes.

I don't own many clothes that are just for 'show'. One 'smart' pair of trousers and a few shirts, but most of my wardrobe is comfy and practical. For that reason, my theme park outfit is very much a 'put-on-whatever-is-on-top' affair. I will sometime try to avoid certain things (like wearing all black, or two garish colours together), but mostly it's not very scientific.

So it's often a pair of jeans or shorts (depending on the weather) and a T-Shirt of some sort. Shoes tend to be the more practical walking shoes, my skate shoes (whilst they're lush to bike in) aren't really up to the long hours and distances involved at parks. I don't really have a problem with stuff falling out my pockets, but if they problem every arises I normally have a bag of some sort that I can just stuff it all into.

:)

Usually I just wear sometime type of t-shirt (like band shirt or something related) with some shorts with cargo pockets, or if it's cold I'll just wear jeans with really deep pockets.

I usually just wear jeans and either a sports team top, a tshirt or recently I'm into shirts so I would probably wear one of them. Nothing I have to wear cause I put like phone and stuff innmy manbag.

I almost always will wear a park/ride shirt to the park I'm going (if I have been there or have one) and if not I will buy one on the way out for next time. Otherwise I will just wear a comfortable t-shirt and usually cargo shorts are the way to go for taking stuff on a coaster. Also depends on if the park has a water park...may just wear a swimsuit all day.

Haha this reminds me of how Jerry wears amusement park related shirts to every park haha! It's fab.

I usually just wear shorts and a T-shirt, I'm not too fussed for style when I'm at a park because at the end of the day I usually look sweaty and ugly anyway. Comfortable dresses (with short black tights underneath to prevent underwear peekage during inversions or windy days) are also an option. As long as it's light and comfortable then it's an option to wear.
