How smooth are Wildfire and Helix (Sweden)

Hi! I will soon visit Kolmården and Liseberg (Sweden). I like energetic coasters but I have developed a dislike towards very shaky ones that tend to hurt you (e.g. Blue Tornado at Gardaland). Should I expect particularly bumpy rides at Wildfire and Helix?
 
I wouldn‘t call myself an expert with my 37 ridden coasters but I have recently been to Liseberg, so I‘ll give my two cents: Helix is pretty smooth in my book. No noticable rough spots and comfortable restraints.
 
Can't speak for Wildfire since I haven't done it, but Helix is very smooth, at least it was 3 years ago. There's like one or two rattly bits but they're very minor.
 
Helix has a very slight vibration at most in some parts. Overall, it's a smooth ride. Wildfire was running very smoothly last time I rode it in 2023, so I wouldn't worry about that either.
 
you'll be fine. these are top drawer coasters, not older models fitted with free 'bash your head' mechanics.
 
Both coasters are incredibly smooth and you'll be fine

I'd say the smoother one is Helix but not because Wildfire is rough, it's because Wildfire is absolutely relentless and with RMC seatbelts, they're not the most comfortable when combined with RMC restraints.
 
In 2024 both were great. Wildfire feels like standard acceptable wood coaster texture, Helix was glass smooth as with anything Mack, maybe a slight bump here and there.

Have fun! Sverige has my favorite park/coaster collection of any country.
 
I must have had a really bad day on Helix - it definitely used to be smooth but when I went on in a couple of years ago we were surprised at how much rougher it had got. Still not painful or horrible, but just nowhere near as smooth as it used to be. I think a lot of the Mack rides from that era are starting to get a little shakey, the Hunger Games one in Dubai seems the worst but I'm guessing that's been a little neglected and sitting out in that sun can't help.
