It seems the up until now Coasterless park Huis Ten Bosch in Nagasaki, Japan has announced it will be building its first Roller Coaster for 2027
Huis Ten Bosch (House in the Woods) is essentially a recreation of a dutch town built on the site of an old Dutch trading post and is surprisingly popular park in Japan (2.5+ million visitors a year). But the park has so far stayed away from building a proper roller coaster despite having some other flat rides and a ferris wheel.

Despite the above post repeatedly calling the ride a "Sceneic Roller Coaster" it seems current rumours in Japan suggest this could be a Mack Extreme Spinning coaster or at least some kind of Spinning Coaster with inversions and a dark ride element.
Hard to tell how accurate those rumours are but construction is already well underway and the construction site is pretty big
