Looping?

I was looking at Pinfari TL-59 rides on RCDB and came across Looping at Karolinelund, and noticed that it has a very different support structure to the normal TL-59s. I just wondered what is the reason for this? And is it a permanent or portable ride?

I think it's portable but it's set up permanently at Karolinelund.
The fun house and apple coaster at that park are good fun though.
