Songs with the theme of 'Summer'

In August my dad is compiling a quiz of songs related to summer, especially songs with the actual word 'Summer' in them, for example 'In the Summer time'.

Of course there are other songs relating to summer time like 'Mr. Blue Sky' or 'Raindrops keep falling on my head'. We already have quite a hefty list but would like help you can give us!

CoasterForce is full of people which I know will just know loads and loads and loads and loads of songs like this so please help me out!

"Summer in the city" by The Loving Spoonful - one of my favourite songs of all time. I love the Del Shannon version too :)
 
Man, how did people miss the most obvious one? "Cruel Summer" by Bananarama (although I'm partial to the Ace of Base cover myself).

Aside from what's already been listed here, there's also "Summer Madness" by Kool & the Gang (maybe the chillest song ever), "Summer Song" by Joe Satriani, and "Summer" by War.

I suspect people in the UK may find the following more summery.

Singing in the rain, Raindrops keep falling on my head, Sunshine on a rainy day (perhaps not), Riders in the storm (for enthusiasts in the UK this summer :p ), Here comes the rain again, Stormy Weather and finally - Only happy when it rains.

No lyrics but it's upbeat and sounds good in the car with your shades on and the windows down with a cool breeze licking the back of your neck.
 
The Beach Boys :--D they are the best for surfing/riding coaster/generally existing to, all year round. For me, anyway. :)
