MAKE A RETURN
- View or print the return checklist here.
- If your item was purchased directly from AFW, fill out the short form (button below) and click “Submit.”
- Expect an email within 2–4 days with a prepaid return label.
- Print out this label and tape it to your package. The address will be on the label.
Your return label should be processed and arrive via email within 2-4 business days.
Upon receipt of the return, AFW will process the exchange or refund the full purchase price within 30 business days. (If we are able to refund directly to your credit card, we will do so. Otherwise we will send a refund check.)
- To return an item for a full refund, follow the link above to request a prepaid return label. Proof of purchase from IEW may be required.
- If you are exchanging a product, you may use the prepaid label for your return. Normal shipping costs will apply for the new products you are ordering.
- If you purchased a product from one of our e-commerce pages, please contact us directly from that platform to return your item(s).

Include your name, address, phone number, where it was purchased, and whether you would like a refund or a credit toward an exchange.
- If your product was not purchased new directly from AFW or from one of our sales platforms, we are unable to offer any refund. To be eligible for our return policy, you must be the original purchaser making the return.
