Some updates on this, been quite a lot happening. They have gone vertical with supports and some track installation. Lots of blue supports at the CityWalk end of the site, they have "DOT" and an arrow on the mounting point, assumed to mean "Direction of Travel" which is an interesting choice they made.
At the other end of the site, by the old Ghostbusters facade, the station and all associated track and supports have been installed. Revealing a dual-load station, as well as a switch track immediately after the switch track for the 2 stations merge is.
It suggests the train will exit the station, and then turn right through a switch track, which points at the maintenance building. The coaster might enter the building, and then launch back the opposite direction, or it might just stop in front of the building, then launch in reverse.
There's another switch track at the Citywalk end of the layout, with what seems to be a large spike.
As the trains will be controlled spinning ones like at the Hollywood Drift coaster at Universal Hollywood, the train being launched backwards and also having a spike will feel very different as the trains are likely to rotate you as it happens.
