Alton Towers' Galactica VR coaster/Rollercoaster Restaurant

Re: Alton Towers' Galactica VR coaster/Rollercoaster Restaur I've changed my mind on the VR video, it's so bad. Not the general visuals, etc, that's fine and looks great. But the way items just vanish when they get to the periphery instead of waiting for them to slide out of shot pulls you...

Alton Towers' Galactica VR coaster/Rollercoaster Restaurant

Re: Alton Towers' Galactica VR coaster/Rollercoaster Restaur They could have instruction signs/videos in the queue?

Alton Towers' Galactica VR coaster/Rollercoaster Restaurant

Re: Alton Towers' Galactica VR coaster/Rollercoaster Restaur That's the best bit, it's their responsibility <3 As it's been delegated to them and they've not asked the staff to do it instead.

Alton Towers' Galactica VR coaster/Rollercoaster Restaurant

Re: Alton Towers' Galactica VR coaster/Rollercoaster Restaur Yes there is, and it's a very simple one. Stop being so negative :P They need to get hold of medical antibacterial cleaning wipes and they need to offer them to each rider when they sit down to clean them themselves. The guest is...

    CF-Live Dates 2016

That's not a bad idea Dan. Assuming we don't get kicked out for bad behaviour, the Live taking residence in one hotel would be fab. Helpful for fancy dress too haha.

    Best Themed Flat in UK?

Hex is definitely a flat ride by anyone's definition. Tomb Blaster is more sketchy, but I group flat and dark rides together. (Coasters, flats, water)

    Best Themed Flat in UK?

Tomb Blaster at Chessington. The queue, the ride, the whole area it sits in. Delicious. Hex is the best located, but it's kinda cheating.

Leicester will win before May. Tottenham will lose to Liverpool, Man Utd and at best draw with Stoke. Leicester will beat Southampton, Sunderland and West Bromwich. Putting them 13 points ahead with 4 to play.

Fair. Maybe more people will know of my pain when riding some coasters. Genuinely thought my knees were going to pop out on Octonauts this Sunday. XD

    Accident at Alton Towers

Tis open and looks godawful. At least some of the supports near the stall turn still look old and sinister. Continues to ride fabulously though.

I prefer a bit of both myself, but I'm just picky. :P I also meant both, my legs will fit in that gap when bent at the knee and as CF's resident giant, barring freakishness, everyone else should be fine.

Credit when it's due, Joey's right. Those dummies have bigger thighs than me and Stone Cold put together almost. Huuuuge.

    Accident at Alton Towers

Got the cred yesterday. It's awful, but I managed to walk away from it. Agree with the aggrieved now though, should be shut down forever and demolished, so we can all have a better cred.

    Good Park Food

Walibi Holland has a ridiculously good Italian made-to-order restaurant, randomly in the corner of the park.

Worst coasters you've ridden (Bottom 5/10)

Re: Your Bottom 10 Bottom 10 Most Dreadful Coasters I've ever Ridden: 10. Corkscrew, Alton Towers The one at Flamingoland was fab, the Alton one was rough as hell. Much better as a decorative installment. 9. SAW: The Ride, THORPE PARK If it ended at the lift hill, it would be pretty good. But...

    Alton Towers ride closures

Wait? Spinball disappeared? I'm glad I haven't been since 2012 now! XD Things really are falling about at the seams. I'm both curious and concerned as to what it's going to be like next week!

Alton Towers' Galactica VR coaster/Rollercoaster Restaurant

Re: Alton Towers submits planning permission Looks fab. I love the potential escapism of the video game styling. Totally followed it out the station and up the lift too. Was cool. Y'all are just a bit too cynical, even for me. I must be getting nice in my old age. :P

Nintendo Themed World for Universal Japan

I'd be more surprised if there wasn't. Pokémon is part of the public conscience in Japan. It was scary even for me (and I love Pokémon)!
