Adventure Island Enthusiast Day - Invitation

Adventure Island would like to invite you and all members of Coasterforce to visit the park on Saturday 23rd July 2011 for a great value discounted rate.

As our earlier Kiddi Koasta launch date was marred by the ride not quite being complete at the time, we know many of you have not yet had the chance to ride it (and tick the credit off!) so we are offering the same deal of a Big Adventure Band for unlimited use of all rides at the park for the entire day for just £7, as well as exclusive use of one of our major attractions from 10:30am.

Please arrive at the park at 10am and enter via the far west entrance by the Southend Radio building. A member of the group will need to act as group organiser, they will be the person who hands over the payment and receives the wristband vouchers.

The day before a lot of us fly out to Italy :(

If I can get everything done and have enough money I will try and make it, but I set this day aside to get a last few bits.

It's the day before I fly out to Florida as well. Would love to get back to AI (especially for that price) as I had a great time when I went a few years ago.
 
Sorry, planning to go over to Belgium that day, lol, typical how you choose the day most UK CFers are like travelling somewhere or about to. Thanks for arranging it again though. I should be heading over to get the 'cred' soon though.
 
It's the day after my annual Isle of Wight Piss-Up and the day before I fly to Italy.

As much as I'd love to attend, I'm not going to be in a fit state to drive to Southend on Saturday morning and it's early to bed for me on Saturday evening (if I get out of bed that is!).

Regretfully I'm going to have to decline.

Thanks very much for organising this, Hurri. Any other day and I would be there. I need the cred. Although I'm sure I'll be in Southend at some point this year!

On a side note, I think a few CFers have made plans to visit on 3rd July...
 
Damn, I'll be in Venice/Verona! Thanks for the invite though Hurri. I'm sure a lot of us will come visit at some stage this summer :D

EDIT: yeah, the 3rd of July's looking good....
 
A very generous offer, although I doubt I'll have enough money left in the bank that far from payday to afford the 200 mile drive!
 
I'm tempted, but yes, as previously mentioned, I'll be flying to Italy in the early hours of the following day. Therefore, possibly not. We'll see.
 
Now I've had a chat about this with my mum, this is looking a lot more likely. The main problem though is travel times and hotels.
 
Anyone else interested in coming to this, there's still time to get your name on the list!

Either post here or email Ian as soon as possible and I can then put your name down for Saturday morning, but if you're not on the list, you won't be able to get the Enthusiast Discount.

I know, Italy and all that. But anyone who fancies a quick bit of Rage action before that, come to AI on Saturday!

I'd like to attend this but just wanted confirmation, if possible, if I could also get the discounted rate for a friend of mine and their two children who aren't members of Coasterforce sadly. (I think I emailed Ian ages ago but can't find his reply to confirm the aforementioned).

I just didn't want to show up with my friends and they moan at me for not being able to attract the enthusiast discount rate.

PS If my friends aren't elligible for the low rate maybe I could get them to sign-up to Coasterforce quickly, if it's not too late now

You can bring people and get wristbands at the same rate, that's fine.
