I think the main reason Alton's flat rides get forgotten is because they are all located next to coasters. Not that theres anywhere else I'd want them, but... It's just an unfortunate fact of Alton's layout. If you've only got so many hours to ride, many choose the major attractions first instead of riding things as they come to them.
I'd note however, that Ripsaw is usually busier than Ramases. A fact of audience, attendance or just another example of how enthusiast opinions mean nothing?
