Annddd.... it looks like I'm the only California Screamin' fan here :(
I'd rank them something like...

California Screamin' (#700) <3
Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars <3
Big Thunder Mountain - Paris <3
(slight gap)
Expedition Everest
Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain: Rebel Mission - Paris - I kinda loved this ride.. haha. Not a Star Wars fan but the new trains are <3
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad - WDW
Space Mountain (Ghost Galaxy) - DLR - Only ever done it as Ghost Galaxy
Hyperspace Mountain - HK - Not sure what was going on here... but I barely fit on this! (Rode twice)
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad - DLR
Space Mountain - WDW
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train - WDW
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster - WDW - Ehh....
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster - Paris - Eh? but not bad
Matterhorn Bobsleds
(slight gap)
RC Racer - Paris (#900) - Eh.... but not bad?
RC Racer - HK - Eh? but not bad?
Indiana Jones et le Temple du Péril - Turned out better than I was expecting... even rerode it.
Casey Jr., Le Petit Train du Cirque - lolol, I liked this ride... rode the backwards last row.
(slight gap)
Goofy's Sky School - Ehh
Crush's Coaster - disgusting queue and operations and a MEH ride....
Barnstormer - But there's noting really wrong with this... its meant for kids.
Gadget's Go Coaster - DLR - But there's noting really wrong with this... its meant for kids, again
(giant gap)
Primeval Whirl - Just.... awful.

This probably isn't that accurate because it's been about 8 years since I've ridden most of these. Based on my enjoyment at the time.

1. Rock 'n' Rollercoaster HS - My first launch coaster (and honestly first "large" coaster as well) so it blew me away. Launch felt amazing at the time and I enjoyed the inversions. If I were to ride it now? Launch is probably decent but I imagine it's crap after that.

2. Space Mountain MK - Very fun at the time. If I were to ride it now? I'd imagine it'd be pretty jerky and boring.

3. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad MK - Even during the last time I rode it I realized it wasn't too exciting, which means I'd be even more bored if I rode it now.

4. Goofy's Barnstormer MK - It's been almost 15 years since I rode this. Barely remember a thing, which probably means it's crap.

In all seriousness I'd like to give some of these a try again, and I'm missing quite a lot. Would love to try Expedition Everest.

Space Mountain MK is easily my favorite. some is nostalgia as it was one of my first "large" coasters but i also just find it to be good clean fun even if it isn't the smoothest or most comfortable ride.

Matterhorn I really enjoyed as well because it's so similar to space mountain in my mind and there really aren't coasters like those 2 around anymore.

I'm really surprised at all the love for Space Mountain, MK. Went on in year before last and found it really dull and stop/start without any interesting elements. Going back this October so hopefully it'll change my mind.
For me it's :
1. Space Mountain, DP - I really like the launch and the theming of the whole building, it's one of the only things I like about that park
2. Matterhorn
3. Big Thunder Mountain (anywhere, I can't tell much of a difference between them)
4. Space Mountain Tokyo/Disneyland
5. Rock N Roller Coaster HS
Then everything else is kind of the same to me, other than that terrible Goofy coaster that does nothing and ends as soon as it starts. Still haven't done the Chinese parks so no idea how good Tron is.
