Their website is now online and the logo has also changed to better.

The attractions (26 of them) are going to be divided into 3 areas (all accessible on their website), but for better clarity I've had them listed below;
Wild West (Divlji zapad):
Ludi profesor (a small spinning flat ride)
Oldtimer (a small spinning flat ride)
Western Pacific (train ride)
Dino safari (tracked ride)
Rotirajuće šalice (teacups)
Bik koji vesla (canoes)
Hiawatta (smaller pirate ship)
Pirate town (Gusarski grad):
Kapetan Ludobradi (pirate ship)
Atlantida (some sort of water ride, the photo shows a Spillwater, but might be only a placeholder)
Nigdjezemska (Splash battle)
Sudarajući autići i brodići (dodgems and bumper boats)
Vrtuljak (carousel)
Space (Svemir):
Alien 8 (spinning coaster)
Space Witch (looping coaster)
Povratak u budućnost (not exactly sure what that is, but I think it's a starflyer)
Panoramski kotač (Ferris wheel)
Turbo jeza (some sort of a Discovery/Frisbee ride)
Here is some artwork from the website:
Note that the coaster artworks are (hopefully) just placeholders for the time being. I can't really see them building just a big oval spinning coaster.
And some recent construction photos (from 22nd of September, if my info is correct):

While not the most exciting of the 2017 projects, this nevertheless looks like a nice little family park. Certainly what the country needs and I hope that will promise more amusement parks popping up in the area in the coming years. Also a note that the 15m€ price tag that I have quoted in the initial post is indeed wrong. The number apparently means how much money will the project get from the Croatian board of tourism and not the actual worth of the project as a whole.
