This was all hand built BTW, apart from the obvious I and CTRL+G dealio.

Any hints, tips or constructive advice?

I haven't supported the track because I CBA!

Pretty good. A few transitions are bit too sharp notably going into the lift hill and the turn under the lift hill. Also, I feel the ending is a bit too slow. Speed that up a bit and you'll have a quite good coaster.

Great first impressions.

Fair point. I should have said that I haven't supported it because:
A) I got the program to make coasters, I'm not really interested in supporting them yet. Once I've got the actual making tracks bit down, I'll move on to supports. :)
B) I'm lazy! :P

A really solid first go, I've seen much worse from people who've had the software for months! The transition out of the turnaround is a little sharp, producing some yellow lateral Gs, but manoveurs involving swift banking changes are one of the more complex things to master when hand-building so a good attempt anyway.

Next time, try something less technically demanding but with a more interesting layout, like a wooden coaster.

Well done love!

For a first attempt I have to agree, it's very good. Although in the future I just recommend making the hills more parabolic, but that's not important at the moment.
