I assume they mean the world's first "Vekoma Switchback(TM)" coaster?

I could understand that, but that's not how it's being promoted. Every post by Vekoma and the park says "World's first Switchback Coaster", which is misleading.

I guess at its most technical semantic level, the Vekoma "Switchback Coaster" is different to a "switchback coaster". For clarity, the Vekoma Switchback Coaster (capital S, capital C) is a product type, whereas a switchback coaster (lowercase s, lowercase c) is a coaster featuring a switchback element.

It's technical faffiness at its finest, but so be it.

They forgot to mention inclined switchback.

Its the first coaster with a 3 way inclined turntable, which Vekoma markets as a switchback. This is distinct from those old turn of the century era coasters.
