Eurosat 2.0 - Refurbishment - Europa Park

I like the aesthetics of the station, just not the trains... They look sort of cheap and tacky, which might be the point, but I still don't quite like them...

I love this. It may already have been covered, but does anyone know when this is likely to open? I'm heading to Europa the first week of June and would be gutted to miss it...
Sometime in summer, most likely around August, no official date released, since they are not that sure themselves. You never know what expects you when working on such an old building.

Maybe you should have checked earlier, I could have told you that 8 months ago ._.
Long before they started they said it will be finished mid-season if everything goes as planned.

Aside from the fact that it wasn’t even a factor in booking the trip... it’s just a shame is all.

Thought may as well post this here;
The Europa Park Teatro in the Italian area is getting an exterior redesign in anticipation of Rulantica - The Musical debuting April 28th.

Just one small Update from Wednesday. Seems like the roof is being closed.

There is still a lot of work left on the facades.

Meanwhile the new Fountain Show is already working and pretty neat.

Nope. The picture was taken on Wednesday from the scenic tower. As you can see the Darkride was intact then.

They definitely are taking their time with this project. I expected it to be done and open by now!
