What's new

First coaster ever

My first rollercoaster was Kraken at Seaworld Orlando. I was 9 years old. I was crying my eyes out on the lift hill. But after the drop I was enjoying myself.

I'm not sure if my first one was Taxi Jam or Scooby Doo at KD, but I do know that I was less than 2 years old when I rode Scooby Doo.

The Grand National at BPB When I was about 7 when it was just a lap bar + grab rail with no seatbelts I think, can't really remember anything before it although I'm sure there probably was, I'd been addicted to the original RCT and even the old MS DOS Theme Park game from the day I was born pretty much.

First coaster with inversions? I dived in at the deep end and did Dragon Khan on the front row when I was 13, still to date one of my favorite steel coaster's and absolutely wipes the floor with Nemesis.

The Double Loop at Geauga Lake...or when I went on it, it was Six Flags Worlds of Adventure. Btw, I'm brand spankin new here and kind of clueless!..

To add to this my first inverting coaster was Canobie Corkscrew and my first wood coaster was Yankee Cannonball both at Canobie Lake Park.

Good thing we have a thread where you can introduce yourself to the rest of CF!

http://www.coasterforce.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=10930&start=1666

Other than that, just keep reading and posting in the threads, and eventually you'll get into some fun discussions & might even learn something new! :)

Thanks for the link! :D

Big Dipper (Pinfari) in Scarborough, but first decent coaster was Cyclone (later know as Texas Tornado) in Morecambe when I was about 5 or 6!

My very first rollercoaster was Gebirgsbahn or Grand Canyon Bahn in Phantasialand. That must have been in 1989 at the age of 3. My first decent coaster was Wervelwind (Whirlwind), in Bobbejaanland. It was also my first rollercoaster with inversions. Although I didn't know we actually went upside down. I thought that those two corkscrews were just two very banked curves. I remember I was so afraid of Looping Star, which was located next to Wervelwind, because it was so loud and that looping was so high.

My first coaster was "Keverbaan" in Slagharen. I really liked it back then.

My first inverting coaster was "Python" in Efteling.

Space Chase at Adventure Island was the first one I remember.

First big one was Black Hole at Alton Towers.

Mine was "Englands Most Southerly Coaster" The Hornet at Flambards, I was 6 years old and petrified!

First big coaster was Nemesis 3 years later, and I loved every second of it.

Most probably Big Thunder Mountain @ Disney Paris. I was like 6 and just over the minimal height restriction :)

First airtime on Tonnerre de Zeus @ Parc Astérix

First inverted was Vampire @ Walibi Belgium, the first time is rarely the best...

First B&M was the gorgeous and intense Black Mamba @ Phantasialand.
