floorless roler coaster evacuation

Do you mean because they have no floor?

I'm pretty sure that I have seen pieces to be used as temporary flooring lying around in pictures, can't find any picture that shows it though...

I'd imagine it would be two pieces they would put on each side, and it would use the car connector and then the catwalk as a support.

Same way they would evacuate a Invert. ;)

Yes but it is more difficult to access a Floorless because the track obstructs any movable bridge that could be raised under the cars of an Invert.

^ That's why there are steel platforms that are laid down overtop of the track in the event of riders being stranded on the lift hill.

In the event of valleying, they just do it the old fashioned way, using a cherry picker or elevated platform to pick people out a row at a time, since the train would be low enough to the ground.

For instance, Dominator used to have a catwalk on the turn after the interlocking corkscrews in GL.

When it was relocated to KD, they did away with the catwalk, as the track is easily accessible via crane.

What a load of rubbish Hyde! We all know that the truth is hidden ejector seats. There's a release button on the back of each seat which launches the entire row 2,000 feet into the air, then a parachute opens and you float safely down into the arms of your loved ones!

It's true... I read it on the internet!!! ;)

Do they not have a way to move the rollercoaster near a platform on the track if there was a power cut.
well ATTACKHAMMER if it was on a brake run there is no floor so they could not just unlock the trains and get right of.

Imagine evacuating a Flying coaster. For instance Tatsu:

At the bottom of the lift they have metal platforms just in case, but the platforms is only about 2.5 feet long and your out at about 200 ft on the hill at a 45 degree angle. Now that's scary!
