Or, ignorant people should be more accomodating and realize weightloss takes a while to really kick in cause not everyone has the time off or money to get it cut off of them.

Don't get fat in the first place?

Sorry, but, 90% of fat people are fat through their own fault. Blame it on the World all you want, the World isn't forcing that third pasty on them.

I watch what i eat, I eat healthy and get a moderate enough workout through my two jobs. Yet here I am, still on the hefty side. I am to blame for being overweight, but when your body loses 20 and stops (with keeping the diet for 3 months), it is highly discouraging. I ride a fine line with restraints, but I make it most of the time (98%).

Wow! I never knew the ride was going to have any sort of element like that!
That animation really was not accurate at all. haha.

I would say its a little tiny stengel dive. Like the ones on Maverick.

Whether or not it's a Stengel dive or an overbanked turn, I couldn't care less, but it does look like a very fun element.

^I echo what you said about the animation.

Re: Hersheypark |"Skyrush"| Intamin Mega

It doesnt have the proper shaping for a stengal. It doesnt pull out from the overbank sharply and dive in any manner. It is just an overbanked turn.

Yeah, I'd say it is. Small, obviously, but in terms of basic element shape...

AWESOME. That looks insane.

I'm actually starting to think this looks awesome. I think it'll be the surprise hit of next year for me now. Omg, wanna go back to Hershey <3

Still not sure if I'd consider this a Stengal Dive. And the more I look at the construction pics the more I feel that the baby blue supports just look like worn royal blue supports so not really a fan, although I think the track is looking great.

Re: Hersheypark |"Skyrush"| Intamin Mega

^^^ The angle the picture was taken doesnt show just how gradual that turn is. They had one taken from behind that shows it is more or less an overbanked turn. If that is a Stengal Dive, then NTG has one as well as several other rides that just have an overbank.

Give me a few minutes, Ill get the other picture that shows the behind view.

Edit: Well, the picture I thought was there wasnt, so until a head on shot is taken, we only have that and half of the back portion of that turn pucture for argument purposes..

I hope there are other little surprises like this throughout the layout that we didnt know about!
Also, Ive never really understood how squishy the area is. I mean, I haven't really looked at construction updates in detail, but when you do, you see that Skyrush really squeezes in there!

I love the page full discussion on the definition of one certain element of the track. It does look like a good coaster though, I'll be looking forward to seeing testing videos.

^^That is nothing. We had a three-page discussion and a poll about the colour of the ride back when Fahrenheit was built. And the discussion hasn't got to the "I have made schematics, now listen to me" stage for quite some time now.

Looking forward to see how this ride turns out. It could be everything we like about MegaLites, only bigger, or everything we loathe about I305, only smaller.

Jesus. WANT. Like, I thought this looked crap to start with, but, massive, massive want. It looks like it'll be absolutely insane, especially with those crazy trains.

Hershey continues its tradition of being absolutely awesome.

I don't think we'll see any surprises like trims, and even if we do, the trims on RoS/Bizzaro aren't even noticeable.

This was my Skyrush surprise this week - http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos- ... 9137_n.jpg

I think Skyrush is going to be a mega-lite on steroids and an amazing ride.

When you consider Magnum and Skyrush are basically the same height, and that Magnum's second hill is 157, while Skyrush's is 80 - the trains are going to SCREAM through the lay-out similar to I305 - then throw in this week's ejector air hill - I can not wait !

Yeah, this seems to improve on Intimidator, taking the fast, ground-hugging turns everyone loves with actual airtime hills.

Eeekkkk, Skyrush <3

And, haha, the Fahrenheit colour topic was amazing <3 Also, Magnum. IT'S MOLLY ORANGE. Or is it?
