Hersheypark |"Skyrush"| Intamin Mega

On Tuesday I was driving home from Maryland and noticed as I drove through Harrisburg I noticed a digital billboard that said "Skyrush" and had a timer that said 3 Days and Change. I wasn't sure at the time whether that meant it was opening in that time but having now looked at Hershey's website and seeing that it says Skyrush will open Memorial day weekend (this weekend) I am positive. It appears Skyrush will be opening this weekend. Hope someone on here gets a chance to ride it.

They announced a while back that it's opening this saturday at 10.

Very intense to the point in which some of them couldnt hold their arms up after a couple rides. After about 7-9 rides each they had to sit out a few as they couldnt handle the intensity and needed a quick breather.

Guess that means ya'll can ride it (for the live that is) about 25-29 times in a row for those that dont switch seats.

I also wonder how many re-rides this can get before you are too sore to continue.

Corkscrew is nothing :lol:. I wish I would have marathoned Steel Phantom, but alas I was young and parents had the say while there. Did marathon X-Flight and Villain (somewhat) one year (yay for Fright Night/Halloweekend (whichever it was...cant follow any of the damn names) and NOBODY at the park and being with my awesome cousin as well)

I'm getting to Hershey June 16th, can't wait! Correct me if i'm wrong, but I believe it was previously that this IS the fastest lift ever<3

It is those longer 4-wide trains. I have say it does look really good.

It seems like a launch or something, people were screaming on that video on the lift lol

They could be using the same style lift as they used on their spinner at Bakken.
