It's official, Holiday Park has announced on their FB-Page that they will be getting a Premier launcher similar to "Superman: Ultimate Flight" at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom.

Personally I think this is really good news! The one in SFDK looks like an awesome ride!

Glad they've finally announced what they're getting. Interesting that they went for a premier launch, hope they theme it.

Apart from the fact that if it is like s:uf it will be horrific capacity, I am really excited about this. Europe is sorely lacking premier rides coasters and this will be the first pr launch coaster in Europe :)

We are talking about Plopsa. It will be awesomely themed ;).

the capacity shouldn't be that bad, I heard the coaster will have a turning station platform, like the mister Freeze coasters.

Oh right, i just assumed it wouldn't because the one at SFDK doesn't have one.

Wow. Glad they're getting this and not another Wing Coaster.

Capacity will be dire but it'll be a good addition hopefully :)

Wohoo, can't wait to thry this one!

Hopefully they went with the real footers version of the ride, as opposed to the base frame version that Six Flags went with.

I think the ride presented in the concept art for Superman looked nicer.

Apart from EGF Holiday Park really lacks anything else of note, this is a really positive move for them, and of course gives us all another reason to go back and ride EGF :)

Any clues as to what area of the park this will be located?

The old corkscrew is leaving the park, so I'm assuming it will go in that spot.

It won't be a Hollywood theme, but a horror theme.

^Agreed the name is anything but special. I read that "Sky Scream" was just the name of the project but unfortunatly it looks like that it will also be the Coasters name. Theming will be interesting, especially with the limited space. I´m really hoping I can get there in March/April and take some pictures ( or a vid if they have started testing it).
