I generally HATE seat belts on coasters, and normally find them very uncomfortable. Especially on GCI trains, I find the belts can dig into me, even if it is really loose, and make my stomach/lap/sides really itch and feel horrible... B&M have Hyper coasters where you're safe with loose-fitting clamshell restraints, yet almost every woodie has belts. I don't get that!? :?

For the question, I normally just do the belt up as much so the ride op can look at it and go "Ok, that's fine".
 
I'm with metalhead. If the ride has a lot of inversions, I'm overly cautious when it comes to restraints. Foreal :?
