Liseberg started an investigation on a new attraction for 2028, doing some guessing it seems to also be of atleast 100 million sek looking at their investment volume for the next 10 years, although if its 100 or 500 is unknown... 15 of June they went ahead with the project and desicion on a purchase seems to be taken in September if I am mistaken. Could this be flumerides replacement? Or a completely new big ride (coaster?)...

They have said that they want to close Flumeride in the same year the waterpark opens. It makes sense for this to be a replacement of that ride, but if it was, surely we would've seen something like this publicised before the fire.

Possibly a nice modern water ride, Intamin Flume or a Water Coaster of some form (Mack/Intamin?)
