What's new

Nanchang, China | Viper | GCI Wooden Coaster

Sorry for the double post but this deserved it :p

Few more pics of the other rides here

People are complaining an amazing amount for a park with a line up with Viper and this thing. The 1-2-3 punch on that Hyper looks exceptional. That drop, a low overbank and then that hill through the supports. Something special right there I reckon.

A few newer pictures and updates

The Chinese built SLC actually looks pretty good shaping wise. Compared to previous attempts.

Decent layout too.

And the Intamin of course has this drop.

Really interesting new things on this park. This Intamin's drop is so amazing I almost forgive them about those two bizarre straight sections after the lift hill.

(The interlocking corkscrews are soooooo cute <3 )

This park should really be a contender for the 'best woodie/steel coaster combo' once it opens its doors. Both of the coasters seem to have really good and unique layouts. Can't wait for the POVs to come out.

EDIT: Haven't noticed the post with Viper POV on the previous page. Looks quite promising.

Loving the contemporary art trains in the first pic!
The viper trains and the ropes course also look amazing

Love the snake themed train for the woodie. Looks like quite a nice park apart from the SLC.

That Intamin has THE ultimate drop. Just look at it. Look at how long it takes to get to its steepest angle. It will feel sensational!

How do you advertise a roller coaster themed to a giant snake like Viper at Wanda City Nanchang? By using a group of flight attendants of course.

Yeah I've no idea either.
