Paultons Park | Drakon | Gerstlauer Eurofighter | 2026

Does this park usually get a lot of people? One station on a euro fighter isn't the best capacity, but it might not be a problem.

Opening may have some long queues but Paultons seem to manage the amount of guests that come to the park quite well so after that i cannot see it being to long a wait outside of peak times but in general when i go at most queues max out at 15 minutes if that.

Also saw Valgards waterwheel is working.

Most of the visitors in Paultons are usually in Peppa Pig World, the rest of the park is generally quiet.

Another fab update from the park.

First Vild Swing will have on board audio and there is rockwork print over the concrete just to look that bit nicer.

Drakon has been commissioned and Lawrence has ridden it, now they can start theming the areas round the track.

Its looking fantastic and the video is definitely worth a watch for everything they are currently doing.

What’s everyone’s layout prediction for 2027?

If it’s a standard Mack Water Coaster this is what I think it could look like. Station in red, turning right out of the station and into a lift hill rising up to 25 meters, cutting across the site at 45 degrees, before a 180 degree drop down, coming up into a 180 degree cutback followed by camel hump now turning into a swooping 180 degree turn around the outside edge of the site, final little hump before down into a splashdown in blue.

Could be the launched model perhaps if it is that. Wouldn't need as much space to get ho to speed

And do you mean 360 degrees? More 180 degree cutback and turn.

Could be launched but some people on here have seen the plans and said it was a standard lift hill, especially with Paultons height limit makes more sense to be a launched.

Yeah 180 degrees, was late when I wrote that 😂

Could the diagonal straight line be the high five part of the Frezeitperk Plohn coaster layout as there looks like it has 2 lines of footers next to each other.

As has been mentioned multiple times apparently the layout leaked at some point but vanished again. Back in february coasterfriends user Loopinglaunch posted the layout from memory which now perfectly lines up with the poured foundations and the layout proposed here. So i guess that is indeed what can be expected here.

It looks like this is for the coaster portion of the ride with the rest of the cleared site being the trough.

Unless the site is for something else? But the layout shown is very compact compared to other water coasters

Do you think they are planning to put another attraction in the land at back of the coaster, as they had lots more room to go back further and get a bigger layout for the ride. Looks like they only have around 40 x 40m area left so won't be able to fit anything big in the left over area.

I suppose Edge is also on its way out in the near future/coming years? Maybe if that parcel of land at the back of the water coaster aren't being used for queue/maintenance, they could pair it with the land that edge sits on?

I imagine though that because the overnight accommodation is right behind the land in question, they might not want to smack a big tall building or anything here?

Possibly although I'm sure it would be a flat ride or a viewing gallery

I'm pretty certain it's the trough and the drawing is for the coaster portion of the ride.
