Umm, no idea how busy it'll be but they have two shuttle buses and they have the timetable on their website. I think most people go to the park by car but you can never really tell, you might happen to go on a day which has silly amounts of peeps going by the bus.
As for some sort of quick pass, I've never seen anything at the park like that which would explain why you can't find it on their website. Most of the rides have a very good through-put though and the only rides you'll struggle with is Winjas fear and force as they always have a long queue. River Quest tends to get long queues too but if you haven't done it before it is really worth the wait.
I only had just over 6 hours in the park and had lots of re-rides but I think I just got lucky with the crowds. The best way to go about it is to go round the park and joining the queue no matter what the queue time is (actually, it's pretty impossible to tell how long they are apart from about 7 rides) and just enjoy your day. There are three queue time boards in the park which can be quite handy. One near the exit of River Quest, one outside the Pirates 4D theatre on the Main Street and one in the Asia area. They give you a pretty good idea of how busy the park is and where the crowds are.
