Since I was staying in Kissimee near Orlando for a few days, I decided to drop by Fun Spot USA at Old Town & check out the progress they were making on the new wild mouse coaster they're building. It's a Zamperla Twister 420STD model & RCDB has it listed under the old Galaxy Spin name it had at Cypress Gardens, but all the signs around the thing say Power Trip Coaster, which looks to be the sponsor, so I'm inclined to go with that name instead.
So here's the video I filmed & yeah, it's 18 minutes - but what the hey! :p

We always used to make sure to visit Fun Spot and Old Town whenever we visited Orlando but when we went this year it was scary and full of rednecks, so we left early and I missed the big apple cred =[

A cred is a cred I suppose ;] (18 minutes Jerry, seriously? XD)

What is it about Old Town that people keep saying is horrible? I keep hearing that it's a rough area and it's not very nice.
Although don't they have a Scad Tower and a Scare Attraction there? Plus the creds. So I don't know if it's worth going to or not.

^ Yeah. http://skycoaster.cc

Obviously I am in no way interested in a spinning wild mouse coaster, but it's nice to know that the coaster has a new home. Although it would be of better use as a half a million baked bean cans.

WHY?! Why would any park want to install one of these? WHY?!

Old Town is nice, it is essentially one big stereotype after another though (including visitors and the actual place), but its fine to go there, get on a few rides, and there is normally an event on there too. Perfect place to spend an evening on one of your "off" days on holiday or whatever.
